On March 3 we posted that $ABCL insiders were buying
A CFO, a director, and a 10% owner all bought between $3.42 and $3.57
Nothing else about it was interesting in terms of catalysts or news coverage
Just three people who know the business buying shares on the open market
$ABCL is over $12 today. And the insiders are still buying: four buys in August totaling ~$1.5M
That's why we scan Form 4s to look out for large buys and clusters of multiple insiders buying
Insiders sell for countless reasons. They buy for one
We post these as they file

Another insider buy in $FEAM - 5E Advanced Materials
Director buys $215K worth of shares. That's a huge buy for a company with such small market cap ($136 million)
Also, the buy increased this insider's share-count by 139.5%. So he's got conviction clearly
$CME Director William Shepard bought stock 3 times this year for $667K total
All of his buys are in the profit now🟢
This is why it pays to follow the insiders
On the politician side, Rep. Ro Khanna has also made two small buys ($1K–15K each) since July
8 insiders bought $GEHC after the drop in April
$6.4 million total
The stock has gone nowhere since then. Might be an opportunity still...
$FEAM New insider buy:
CEO buys $24.9K worth of stock.
The company is a micro-cap Boron producer in California. Boron is a critical material used to make glass, ballistic armor, and much more.
The U.S. Department of the Interior lists boron on its official List of Critical Minerals

Expedia did $120B in bookings last year. Reported just $15B in revenue. Most of the money went to its hotel and airline partners.
OpenAI’s $70B vs $50B drama? Investors calculated the higher figure by including AI sales through cloud partners. That’s real customer spending, regardless of who reports the revenue.
The $20B didn’t disappear. Apparently critical thinking did.

$HRL: Director William Newlands bought $201K

Maybe the big collapse was delayed by 4 years. Or maybe burry really has no clue and just tweets dramatic stuff to get substack subscribers.
I used to be a defender of burry. But he’s had so many terrible calls on so many companies over the past 5 years that it’s been impossible to defend.
New insider purchase on $MKC - McCormick
They're the spice & herb company you see in every supermarket.
GLP-1s are helping people eat less, but people still want flavor and spices right?
Note on valuation: The trailing P/E of 8.1 is not real. In January $MKC raised its stake in McCormick de Mexico. Accounting rules then required it to mark the old 50% stake to fair value, which booked an $867M non-cash gain. Remove that and the real PE is about 14.5
$ABT is near the price where multiple insiders bought in April-June
Insider buys:
Philip Boudreau: $200K worth of shares at $91.50 a share
Daniel Starks: $926K worth of shares at $92.65 a share
John Stratton: $173K worth of shares at $86.82 a share
$ABT is well-diversified. Medical devices, nutrition, etc.
And 54 yrs of dividend growth
