It’s interesting in a positive sense, how often we focus in on strategy. How often do we chunk up to our individual and organisations vision, which we hope to realise ? Perhaps a coffee cup reflective 20 minutes.

Here’s a quote I came across this morning. Our leadership quote for this week. Give some thought to how things will be once you move onto the next leadership position. Are the foundations set strong and are your people ready to excel

Time for reflection…. I came across this. Encouraged me to consider leadership and the role leaders play with their greatest resource, their people. Support, encourage, influence, collaborate, challenge, grow belief and back them to excel at the next level of leadership

Going into 2026 here’s a message from Inside Leadership that we felt we would share… “Give a little thought to the impact you want to make with people”
