Many girls and women face shame and difficulties during their periods, impacting their #education and #health.
The @Copper_Queens launched the #KickTheSTIGMA campaign in #Zambia in honor of Menstrual Hygiene Day (#MHDay2024).
This global initiative, spearheaded by @giz_gmbh, aims to normalize periods and break taboos, empowering young women.
We, @AU_ECOSOCC, are joining The Copper Queens in this global movement to make #periods a normal part of life.
