The Presidency is a serious responsibility that we cannot gamble with as a country and thus should be entrusted to a leader with proven experience as has historically been the case over the years. I do not see any current opposition leader with the capacity to wrestle power from President William Ruto who has done a tremendous job. For the Luhya nation, 2032 presents a realistic opportunity to produce a President and I do not shy away from saying that I have all the qualities and requisite experience to lead this country in 2032. This is why we have rallied behind President Ruto and will support him to the last person in next year’s elections so that we can secure our rightful place in 2032. I am ready to complete the journey started by our great leaders, Masinde Muliro and Michael Kijana Wamalwa. These were my remarks during a Boda Boda Empowerment Drive at Matulo Girls Secondary School in Webuye West, Bungoma County, organised by Senator Wafula Wakoli. President Ruto’s aide Farouk Kibet, MPs Didimus Barasa (Kimilili), Martin Wanyonyi (Webuye East), Innocent Mugabe (Likuyani), and other leaders were present.
