We just entered @colosseum's Crypto World's Fair with Dopamyn. Incubated by @superteamde. Here is what we are building, and why.
Finding the first 100 customers is the biggest challenge for any startup, including us - we are sitting at 25 today...
there are many cost effective GTM strategies in early days, and one of them is cold outreach, but if this outreach is from someone your customers already trust, its not cold anymore, its a warm referral.
Your next 100 customers are not strangers to everyone. Some of your community is already connected to them. They follow each other. They talk every day.
Dopamyn finds those people and puts them to work. How it works:
1. Pick your target audience. Dopamyn maps who they are and who they follow on X.
2. Find your people inside it. We match the audience to the community members they already follow.
3. Lock the reward in a smart contract. The money sits in escrow, not in a promise.
4. Broadcast the campaign to your community.
5. Each member sends warm DMs to people who already know them. Not one message from a stranger.
6. An AI check reads every message against your brief.
7. The contract pays per message that passes. No check, no pay. Unspent money goes back to you.
We have been testing this with real projects, and the early results are promising:

In one campaign, 61 members sent 132 warm DMs to an audience of 850, at 0.50 USDC per DM.
The escrow runs on Solana and on Base. On Solana mainnet it has settled 25 funded campaigns and paid 537 rewards to 257 people.
Why we think this is the right model:
Ads buy attention from strangers. Influencers rent attention one post at a time. Your community already has the trust. Until now, there was no clean way to pay them for it, check the work, and settle it without a middleman.
Smart contracts fix that. The brand cannot skip the payment. Fake work does not get paid.
Dopamyn already gives projects the intelligence side: who matters on X, who your audience follows, who your competitors' fans are. Warm Outreach is the access side.
Intelligence tells you who. Access lets you reach them and pay them.
Nobody gets paid for promising.

A Singapore taxi driver put his entire pension into altcoins. $100,000 → $16,000. He lost his life savings.
On the last day of token, after taking an Uber from Marina Bay to my hotel, I was greeted by a 55‑year‑old Singaporean taxi driver. “Are you here for Token?” he asked. I said yes, and he immediately began asking my opinion on Jupiter, Solana, and a bunch of other altcoins that only people who are working in this industry would talk about.
Curious, I asked, “How do you know about all these?” He replied, “My brother told me.” He then pressed, “What do you think? Will these go up?” I wondered why he was so invested and asked, “Have you put money into them?” He confirmed, “Yes, I invested $100,000, and it’s now worth $16,000. I used my entire pension savings and hope it will rebound.”
Out of curiosity, I asked to see his portfolio. He opened the CoinGecko app and showed me a long list of tokens, most of which rely on heavy marketing and lack real utility. It’s a common pattern in this industry: tokens are created out of thin air and then aggressively promoted.
People like this driver, and his brother, who spent $250 k and is now facing divorce after losing it all, get caught up in the hype. I saw countless “shitcoins” such as:

- …and many other shitcoins
and I began to question whether the industry is truly serving a purpose. Hard‑working individuals, including taxi drivers, fall prey to FOMO.
If the investment were in a company like Nvidia or a promising tech startup, the risk would feel justified. With the daily launch of new tokens, however, ordinary people working day and night are losing money, and the industry bears responsibility.
This conversation sparked introspection: What are we really striving for? Are we merely trying to launch another token and chase a 100× return at someone else’s expense, or are we genuinely aiming to create value for the world? The driver’s story, he has a ten‑year‑old daughter, reminded me that we need to rethink our approach and act responsibly as an industry.
