Closing #InfosysConfluence, @TheBorisBecker shared lessons built far beyond the tennis court: consistency, discipline, recovery and curiosity.
His advice? Stay active, stay curious and never stop learning.

In his keynote at #InfosysConfluence, Jesper Brodin reflected on leading digital and sustainability transformation at IKEA.
His message: don't overvalue titles, see challenges as opportunities, and never underestimate the power of fun to build resilience through change.

From data ownership and trust to modernisation and leadership alignment, the key takeaway was that the biggest barriers aren't technical. They're organisational & AI transformation starts with people.
