The ESB charge the second highest electricity prices in the world. Uisce Éireann have been fined €31m for not fixing leaks. This government are the opposite to accountability. People get rewarded for not doing their job right.

Interview last night with a family on the brink. In Ireland if you get up and go to work everyday and try to better yourself this is how you are treated. A family who are trying to look after their child who is currently receiving treatment for leukemia while facing homelessness this is not the landlords fault at all this is just the system. James brown the book stops with you do something. I cut a part out of this video as it was two heartbreaking when a child who offers her mam and dad her gofund me money for a deposit for a home you know the country is in a bad place. Liveline asked them yesterday would they be available for a phone call today they said yes so hopefully they receive the call.

With the salaries, perks, and pensions you’re on, you don’t ‘feel’ anything the public is going through. Saying ‘we hear you’ means nothing when your policies keep squeezing the very people you claim to support. If you really understood the pressure, you’d act like it.

After this I imagine FF are doomed. This is not about the farmers blocking roads it’s about their response, which makes it abundantly clear they are not listening and disconnected from all the people as everybody has been burdened for years with high fuel and energy costs compounded by Irish taxation, including VAT , fantasy carbon tax and excise duty.
People might listen to these elected fools when they start listening to the people. The government need to take a temporary hit on the tax windfall they are making on fuel and energy costs over the last few years. Reduce the taxes or remove them completely until the price of oil and energy stabilises. MAKE UP THE COST BY NOT GIVING MONEY AWAY TO OTHER COUNTRIES!

Reducing a nationwide issue to “someone stuck in traffic” is lazy journalism at best. Maybe focus on why people are protesting instead of trivialising it.

Green lights going green for 1 second and red for 5 minutes in many places is causing massive congestion a major problem on the Griffith Avenue junction towards city centre. It’s done deliberately.

It’s important to understand traffic congestion in Dublin is deliberate, it’s on purpose. The former city manager Owen Keegan re designed routes, no left turns, one ways and narrowing to make driving take longer. He called it Infinity Congestion Charging. rte.ie/news/2026/0324/156482…

Shame on Simon Harris for tyrannically blocking the will of the people of Ireland! Conor McGregor for President to save Ireland.
🇮🇪 BREAKING: Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister, Simon Harris, has ordered his Party to BLOCK independent candidates, including frontrunner Conor McGregor, from running for President of Ireland. This is completely undemocratic. The Irish people cannot stand for this!

The treatment of Garron Noone is the exact reason everyone in this country should be afraid of the woke “far left”. They are in a minority, they are loud and they are extremely narcissistic.

Taoiseach Micheal Martin is on an annual salary of €243,895 (excluding expenses, which can amount to €30k). Martin's salary is 6 times the average Irish working wage of €44k. While the average person works a 5 day week for their €44k salary, how many days do you think Martin works? January - 2 days February - 11 days March - 8 days April - 8 days May - 11 days June - 9 days July - 9 days August - 0 days September - 7 days So over a period of 272 days, Martin and all other TDs will work (if you can even call what they do work) 65 days. Irish politics is the gravy train that keeps on giving. Giving to politicians and those not of this land, but what about the Irish?

Wow
For the over 30 million Irish-Americans, this is what's happening in Ireland and the reason Conor McGregor spoke up. Here's the scenario : You live in rural Ireland, one of the most peaceful places on planet Earth. It's so quiet, you can hear the birds chirp. You know all your neighbours, many are family members. It's a tight-knit community. Then the government announce that they would open a migrant camp in your village and fill it with strange foreign men. State forces arrive, push you aside, and bully you in your own home. They erect walls and create a military-like compound with CCTV pointing at you, not the migrants. Then the roads are blocked and you can no longer access parts of your village you frequented for decades. In the end, you're left terrified and anxious, with hundreds of migrants wandering around your community calling you racist and acting like it's their home now. This is reality all over Ireland.
