1/15 Investors following $COV.V have been waiting for the next stage of the turnaround. CEO Brent Ashton quickly took COV from losing money to profitability after arriving in 2024. Revenue growth has been the missing piece. Is Q3 finally showing signs of an inflection? • Revenue +20% • Gross profit +73% • Adj. EBITDA >3x • EPS C$0.10 vs. C$0.00 At C$3.57, that’s 8.9x Q3 annualized EPS, with C$19.4M cash and no bank debt. But one number buried beneath the headlines stands out: Revenue from COV’s top 50 existing hospital customers grew 46% while retaining every one of them. Let’s InfoArb $COV.V. 🧵

Plenty of boring stocks approaching 52 week highs in the @MSmicrocaps Index - as the mini correction in tech and AI dominates headlines. šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø $SCIA $MG $AMNF $FACO $BUKS $KRT $RCEL šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦ $FTG.TO $OML.V $BRM.V $MG merger arb is interesting. $SCIA is quietly inching higher. @leevalueroach likes $BUKS @bmb21 likes $AMNF @Atrium_Research likes the šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦ lineup @Diego_La_Torre_ likes $OML $BRM $BUKS Make sure to follow all four of these very talented investors.

Just added two more @InfoArbMonitor hot button news monitors to help expedite and curate researchšŸ‘‡ •Smart Capital Allocators - like $FTG.TO $SODI $PXHI $ITRN •Zombie Index (shit cos) - too many to list, but hopefully they’re not in your portfolio or heavily weighted 🤐
We just dropped a Beta feature at @InfoArbMonitor - Curated lists that we call monitors. Think of these as hot buttons to help you bypass the junk and focus on press releases based on themes, categories, topics… etc. We just added @Atrium_Research's coverage universe.

Rely less on FUD headlines like the Open AI revenue miss BS and more on facts. Facts from $III šŸ‘‰ Regarding spending on infrastructure servicesšŸ‘‡ ā€œThe AI infrastructure boom is still accelerating,ā€ said Steve Hall, ISG’s chief AI officer and leader of the ISG Index. ā€œThe hyperscalers continue to post strong growth and are committing extraordinary levels of capital to new capacity. While supply is growing, this is definitely a demand-driven market. Providers are continuing to build because enterprise demand for compute, storage and AI capacity remains exceptionally strong. The implication is the infrastructure cycle still has room to run. We are not yet seeing a clear peak.ā€ ā€œIt was the highest quarterly growth rate for the combined market ever recorded by ISG, and the ninth consecutive quarter the market grew by double-digits versus the prior year.ā€ monitor.infoarb.io/news-feed…

Continuing to tweak my AI process (Peter Lynch 60 Second Drill) to quickly go through my research pipeline. It's a work in progress, but I'm happy to see it caught dilution risk... totally negating some positive insights I had jotted down. I still need to fact check - $MCDIF

Nice to see Lake Street is joining the $RFIL party we’re already at… #VIP 🄳
1/19 $RFIL already gave us one huge multibagger run. With a P/E of 10x, has a pullback given investors a 2nd shot? RFIL was ~$5 in June 2025 & ~$22 by June 2026. After the AI pullback + Q3 selloff, it round-tripped. Yet the business arguably looks BETTER today. Here is why🧵

$NTWK - Some InfoArb Delta Sheet findings have implications for future recurring revenue. NTWK provides software to the global asset finance & leasing industry and just reported a very strong quarter. Historically, results have been inconsistent due to lumpy implementation and services revenue. But this also helps feed future recurring revenue. Still, the quarter is hard to trust at face value. The opportunity: grow the recurring base enough to create a higher earnings floor, while layering services revenue on top. So far, recurring revenue has been relatively steady rather than a meaningful growth driver. Recurring revenue hintsšŸ‘‡

Also worth noting: based on commentary from the earnings call, it appears $NTWK plans to get more aggressive on the investor relations front. See NTWK’s last five InfoArb Delta Sheets here šŸ‘‰ monitor.infoarb.io/delta-she…

9/15 Why might COV be taking share? IV Clear uses Covalon’s patented soft-silicone technology and combines two antimicrobials, CHG + silver, providing antimicrobial protection across the dressing. The soft-silicone adhesive is also designed for patients who may have difficulty tolerating traditional adhesives. VALGuard is accumulating clinical evidence around infection prevention as well. While this doesn’t definitively prove COV’s products are superior to the much larger competitors… like Solventum’s Tegaderm CHG which has an FDA-cleared claim to reduce catheter-related bloodstream infections(something IV Clear doesn’t have)… The more interesting evidence may be what hospitals are actually doing.

8/15 During a September 2024 @Geoinvesting Skull Session, Ashton (CEO) previously explained how this strategy is supposed to work. Get a product like IV Clear into one department of a hospital, expand into other departments like oncology or the ER and introduce additional products like VALGuard. Despite the recent growth, Covalon says its Contamination Protection products are still in only a couple hundred of roughly 6,000 U.S. hospitals.

7/15 But here’s the number investors may want to pay closest attention to: Covalon retained 100% of its top 50 hospital-system customers. Revenue from those SAME customers grew 46% and four of its five largest U.S. vascular-access hospital accounts grew more than 50% YTD. COV also added another 58 hospital locations. So, COV isn’t just adding hospitals, existing hospitals are buying substantially more.

6/15 COV’s U.S. Vascular Access & Surgical revenue grew 51% in Q3 2026 Management says the underlying market is growing around 5%, with hospitals representing more than half of vascular-access-device demand. And inside this business, Covalon’s emerging Contamination Protection category grew 68% YoY and 34% sequentially.
