Indonesian salaries are so low -- even Starbucks Baristas in Singapore make more than Software Engineers in Jakarta.
That's why our top people prefer to leave.
The issue is Indo companies can't afford higher salaries, because of low profit margins.
The only solution to stop our brain drain is to make it easier for top Indos to start their own companies
Ease regulation, remove bureaucracy, and champion local founders.
