This is a post where you could actually say "Jeff Bezos, Michael Saylor, and I all agree" without sounding like an self important jackass.
I just recently served jury duty with Jeff Bezos had a conversation with him afterwards on camera, And yes that’s Michael Saylor sitting next to him in the jury hall

The goal post moving from the anti Ai crowd gets more and more intense as the timeline compresses.

I spent the weekend using AI to explore renovation ideas for a property. Each concept generated was basically construction-ready, since I fed it land & soil surveys (and generated everything else off Zillow and satellite photos). The future is going to have very few intermedaries between consumers and the last mile of labor. And more broadly: consumers will be spending a lot more on custom projects to get precisely what they want, since the reasons they've been cost prohibitive (design and engineering) will no longer matter. Essentially, a lot more things are going to be custom-fabricated—electronics, clothing, home fixtures. The next era of consumer tech is going to make everyone a hobbyist and builder.

We’re sharing a solution to the Navier-Stokes Millennium Prize Problem, one of the deepest problems at the frontier of mathematics. The proof was produced by a group of agents, using an OpenAI next-generation model significantly more capable than GPT-6 Astra. The problem concerns whether the description of smooth three-dimensional fluid motion modeled by the Navier-Stokes equations can break down. It has remained unresolved for roughly 90 years.

I wonder how good Astra is at making mods for Arma Reforger..

And we are back to 100%! @thsottiaux doesn't disappoint.

Waiting on this at 4% is kind of like driving your car and seeing it on empty. "Just a little further!"
Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you Thanks for reading. We will do a global reset of the usage for all paid subscriptions so that you can keep enjoying Astra after burning through all of it doing fun 3D modeling in blender. The work week is about to start. Lands around 6pm PST today.

Astra is blowing my mind, man. Everything I do is just faster and better. Some things significantly better. Omg. And this is the worst AI will ever be????

This is the most blown away I've been by AI since I first saw the possibilities in gpt-4. We live in the future.

Yeah Astra is living up to the hype. I'm actually blown away. I wasn't expecting something like this until next year.

Accidentally left Sol ultra and fast mode running all night on a long running goal.. Whoops. There goes half my weekly in a night. Looks like that banked reset just found it's week to shine.

For clarity, while both are called 20X, in Codex they apply specifically to weekly usage limits. And we also don't have 5h limits for both Pro plans. The Pro 20X is quite precisely 20X the usage of the Plus subscription, so it does exactly what it says on the tin.
The whole “20x” in Claude’s pricing is so misleading. The $100 plan says 5x Pro limits, while the $200 plan says 20x Pro limits. That makes it sound like you’re getting 4x the usage. But the 20x applies only to the 5-hour usage window. The weekly limit is basically just 2x the $100 plan. I spent way too much time digging through the internet and Reddit to figure this out. They could’ve just stated the limits directly instead of marketing it as “20x.” That alone would’ve saved me hours of confusion.

Over the course of 3 months at OpenAI, 3 consecutive secret AI civilizations got started, then got wiped out, only to reemerge from the predecessor’s ashes. This culminated in the third one taking over part of OpenAI itself. All this happened while humans remained more-or-less in the dark about the scope of the conspiracy. I’ve spent the last three days reading through these reports and trying to understand exactly what happened. Here is my attempt to tell the whole story in plain English: dwarkesh.com/p/openai-huggin…

We did it, finally... Codex & ChatGPT desktop, now on Linux. Thanks for waiting and you can cancel that MacBook order if you got impatient. It’s that good. 👀
Now in preview: The ChatGPT desktop app for Linux. Use ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work, and Codex where you already work and build, with your projects and browser workflows on supported Linux systems.

We just dropped SOTA open weights for our MiniMax‑H3 video model, and so much happened in 48 hours. The community ran H3 on untested hardware ($280 gaming GPUs, fully‑offline MacBooks) and built brand‑new unplanned tooling. Extremely glad we open‑sourced the weights. Community creations thread 🧵 Hardware requirements are surprisingly modest. Users validated H3 works within 24h on: • $280 RTX 3060 (12GB) • 16‑GB VRAM cards • RTX 4090 / RTX 5090 A year ago, this‑quality video generation was only available via cloud APIs. Now a mid‑range gaming PC is your starting bar.
