Alex seems to have made a mistake and posted his court mandated apology in the middle of the night, so I thought I'd help him out with a repost this morning. I'm sure he wants the most people to see it as possible.
On 19 July 2024, I published two posts on my X account in which I made allegations about Mr Mothin Ali being involved in the Harehills riots. I have accepted these were incorrect and I have jointly made a statement in open Court in order to apologise to Mr Ali and correct the record which is below. archive.org/details/JSIOC-MA…

Reform sure need a big distraction right now. For the love of God, please don't let it be Andrea Jenkyns deciding she's going to sing at their conference after all...

Remembering the late, great Dolly, who brought joy, comfort and inspiration to so many - including the millions of children given free books through her Imagination Library. We will always ❤️ you.

Ray the snowflake blocked me so he won't see this, but anyway... He's posted the below link but said nothing about this appalling tragedy from yesterday - 7 killed including 2 police. Are the 'increasingly enfranchised motoring fraternity' in denial? bbc.co.uk/news/live/cq6151gd…

Rod Liddle once wrote an article saying he wanted to decapitate cyclists by stringing piano wire across the road. He died at just 66, from recent footage he was clearly very overweight and often said he didn't like exercise. Karma's a bitch...

These kids from Clacton absolutely cooked Nigel Farage here, and they speak more sense than any Reform voter I have ever heard. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Only on this app could the wife of a new Prime Minister be simultaneously sexualised and fat-shamed—sometimes by the same people, and, remarkably, by other women too. Marie-France van Heel is a hugely successful, highly educated businesswoman, a wonderful mother, and a genuinely good human. If your first instinct is to reduce her to her body (positively or negatively) that's a far more revealing commentary on you than it is on her.

Yes, it's been a great day for people who don't like racism and the politics of division and hatred! My absolute favourite take has been dear old Chazza blaming Reform's defeat on... Carol Vorderman! 🤡
Carol Vorderman’s leftist masterplan worked Her tactical voting group advised Greens and Lib Dems to vote for Andy Burnham at the Makerfield by-election Meanwhile the Right are splintered

Dear @SarahForRuncorn Would you mind asking the @reformparty_uk Social Media guy to drop me an email: [email protected] I need to arrange a time to grab him by his tiny nuts for being a massive twatspangle Thanks awfully Katie

Naturally all of Leilani's highly intelligent followers are replying to this saying that Clarkson's cancer was caused by the Covid vaccine and that he should treat it with Ivermectin...
Terrible news about @JeremyClarkson!! The only “good news” is it’s very treatable if caught early . my fiancé was diagnosed months after I met him at 56 years old. I know of 4 people in my tiny village (not including him) who have it/had it. Why is it so common right now ???

Apparently they've closed Oxford town centre. That's weird, because I was just there and there were shedloads of people!
I don't share your optimism. Round here in Oxfordshire they've closed the town centre out of spite. Are looking to push permit parking. Are pushing bike -only rural LTNs to make the countryside difficult and frustrating too.

Hmm, I was disappointed to hear David Mitchell making a 'cyclists all jump red lights' joke on Radio 4 this evening. I honestly thought he'd be better than that.

You have to be genuinely insane to believe that maintaining the road surface is the sole economic cost of motoring. The cost of collisions ALONE far outweighs the combined total income from VED and fuel duty, for example.
Drivers subsidise the government £8.4 billion from VED/Road Tax £24.7 billion from fuel duty £6-8 billion per year spent maintaining roads. Drivers pay in £24-£26 billion more than is spent on maintaining their infrastructure (that is also used by cyclists for free)
