The River moves to 11-8-1 with a 16-4 win against Kalamazoo. Five Pioneer’s had multi-hit games, and Michael Stovman got the win going 4 innings, with 1 hit, no walks, while striking out 6. The River is back in action wed at Palm Beach, 2pm

The River bounces back with a 9-0 win vs Eastern FL. Niels Stone was dominant on the mound going 7.2, giving up 4 hits, 2BB’s, with 6 K’s. IR was lead off. by Salgado and Hrica, who had multiple H days, Holland w/his 2nd HR on the yr, and 2 RBI’s apiece from Chancey and Bonnet.

The River wins game 1 of a 3 game set with Eastern FL, 9-5. Strong starting pitching from Nick Bitner, and Hunter Holland led the offense with a 4/4 day. The Pioneers will travel to Eastern for a 6pm game on Friday.

The River falls 1-0 to Seminole in 10 innings despite a phenomenal pitching effort. Nick Bitner got the start, going 6, and Tyler Suellentrop and Travis Perry went the final four. The trio gave up just 7 hits while striking out 11. The Pioneers will host South FL at 1pm on Sat.

The River ties Lake Sumter in a daylight shortened game today. Cole Brutcher led the way with his 4th and 5th home runs of the year, the fifth being a three run shot to tie the game at 6 in the bottom of the ninth. The Pioneers are on the road tomorrow against Seminole State, 6pm
