Today is Calibration Day, where we check the accuracy of our water activity meter. This measures the stability of water in green coffee. If too high, coffee is vulnerable to changes in flavor. We measure every green coffee sample before we buy, as well as our current coffees.
ALT Calibrating our Rotronic water activity meter, to ensure accurate readings for green coffee. This ensures the coffees we buy are stable and will retain their distinct flavors over time.
