No one saves you. People give you help, tools, resources, and advice along the way so you can save yourself. Energy attracts energy. You want a miracle or a savior, you have to open to door for it by being that to yourself first.

Not knowing what’s going on because you’re genuinely uninterested in people’s business is one of the most peaceful ways to live.

The Night 2Pac Wanted War With the Gangster Disciples (And How J Prince Got Larry Hoover to Call Off the Hit)
Phat Rap Fest | Mecca Arena, Milwaukee | September 3, 1994
Scarface broke down the night Pac lost it on stage in Milwaukee.
He stopped the show to give a moment of silence for Shavon Dean. However, the GDs were packed in the front rows throwing up gang signs. Pac took that as a sign of disrespect and told the GDs:
“You better stop killing those babies or else I’ll murder you myself.”
EDI Mean said Pac was already heated after reading about Yummy getting executed by his own BD set.
The angry mob didn’t back down. They felt falsely accused for a murder Yummy — a known BD — committed, so they rushed the stage after Pac.
Later that night, the Gangster Disciples pulled up to the Hyatt Regency, tore the place up, and broke windows looking for him.
2Pac wanted to go downstairs and fight the GDs by himself. Scarface had to hold Pac back and told him to sit his ass down while he blocked the door.
Even when he left Milwaukee, there was already a green light on 2Pac.
So J Prince had a sit-down with Larry Hoover to explain why Pac was outraged that night. The green light was ultimately called off by Hoover.
