Sometimes organizations like Design Distributors find employees through fierce advocacy of family members, as was the case with Shane Lando. As CEO Adam Avrick describes, he was contacted by Shane’s mom, Shari, who would “not stop until she did something for her son.”
For the past 4 years, Shane has been a productive member of the team in data processing and quality control. “Working with Design Distributors Inc. has had a positive impact on me,” Shane says.
