If you’re struggling to pass Step 1 the problem is most likely NOT that you’re using the wrong resources, but rather you’re using them in the wrong way. You need to get a clear picture of disease and drug mechanisms in your mind plus have certain key details memorized. Then use these things to approach questions in the right way.
