Started the installation of twenty-four Obermeyer gates in South Carolina. This project consists of 3 bays, each 4' high by 150' wide, spanning 450 linear feet.

Finished a challenging wet and cold rubber dam installation in Alaska. Thanks to Cordova Electric Power and Alpine Diesel for pushing through difficult conditions. Finished installing the 2.34-meters high by 18.25-meters long Obermeyer manufactured rubber dam on November 24th.

Started gate installation at the Godfrey Ditch Project this morning. Obermeyer crew shown positioning air bladders and gate panels on the concrete sill that was poured two weeks ago. The 3’ high by 116’ long gate should be ready for final pressure test Monday night.

Missed a flight out of Chicago Sunday morning so decided to drive back to Fort Collins instead. Stopped at an Obermeyer Gate on the Rock River in Illinois that was installed in 1991. Looking good after nineteen years. Seven 10.5" high gates span 528 linear feet.

Obermeyer’s newest gate installation on the South Platte River, CO. A 7’ high by 60’ wide gate in the river directs water over a 4’ high by 12’ wide gate into the irrigation canal. Thanks to Schneider Ditch Company, Harris Engineering Consultants, and Ransom Boone Excavating.

A special shout out to Rodrigo Mantica and HidroPantasma in Nicaragua. Completing modification of an existing Obermeyer Gate with a 500-mm height extension (increased gate height from 1.5-meters to 2.0-meters). Keep up the great work!
