Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev is found guilty by Dutch judges, and is due 64 months in prison - hearing is still ongoing.
CZ is a convicted criminal, and he owns 100% of Binance France shares. This could block Binance from getting its MiCA licence and accessing the EU.
If Binance's MiCA licence is rejected from one EU country, there's a slim chance others will accept.

Dutch prosectors charge Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev for laundering $1.2 bln in the newly revealed indictment.
