I'm pretty proud of this program - not only does it bring the energy and enthusiasm of youth into our workplace but it gives all of us (ahem...long-tenured!) clinicians a reminder of the unbridled excitement of stepping into the world of healthcare for the first time!
Brothers, Phoenix and Cooper, attended Mater Education's High School Health Adventure program in July, encouraged by their mum who works in radiotherapy.

Finished the day with a workshop on storytelling 📖 I loved this description of a story. So important to consider facts, context and emotion to make sure the story connects with those listening
The last day of Educating the educator started with another 2 fantastic talks! Murray spoke about being champions of change followed by @JoCBishopHD discussing the importance of student and educator wellbeing. So many lightbulb moments for me 💡

Day 2 of Educating the educators provided us with interesting talks and engaging workshops. @SocraticEM kicked us off with a talk on educators surviving and influencing organisations and @Perfmindsets closed the day with a talk on the myth of motivation! Can’t wait for today!
