It meant a lot those words, no matter what he did. Not many people told him that, not even those close to him. It was just expected that he do well for others.
It was nice to hear that someone appreciated it.

He wouldn't mind that, of course he was going to be worried when Ale was human that someone would try to hurt him.
But he didn't plan to be away from Ale either. A lot to catch up on for the time when he didn't tell him how he felt.

He was enough for Jace, had been since Jace realized he had fallen in love with him. Mundane, vampire, anything he didn't care. Ale was amazing to him and was always going to be enough.
