NAFDAC has failed Nigerians, and its effectiveness must be seriously questioned. If the agency can no longer protect Nigerians from fake and dangerous products, then the government must overhaul it completely.
Nigeria is being flooded with counterfeit food, drugs, and other products, yet NAFDAC and other relevant government agencies are expected to protect consumers.
What exactly are these agencies doing if dangerous fake products continue to find their way into our markets?
Nigerians deserve better. If NAFDAC cannot fulfil its mandate, its leadership must be held accountable, and the agency must undergo a complete overhaul. The lives of Nigerians must not be sacrificed for the failures of regulatory agencies.

A podcast exchange turned ugly after @sostalksmoney joked about a guest’s mother dying from brain cancer, saying, “Your mom might have died from a headache.”
When confronted, he claimed he was misunderstood, offered a conditional apology, and then accused the grieving guest of being “triggered.”
Imagine having to defend your dead mother from someone’s idea of a joke, only to be mocked for taking offense.
There’s nothing edgy or entertaining about that. It’s basic human decency.
