NYPD commissioner Jessica Tish confirmed tonight that the Dominican illegal alien ICE shot during a targeted operation has two prior NYPD arrests, one for robbery in 2023, which led to him pleading guilty to 4th degree grand larceny, and another for criminal sale of a controlled substance, which is still pending.
His name is Oscar Bergdahl, and some NY Democratic politicians are now rushing to his defense, demanding his release, and calling for ICE to be abolished entirely.
The facts and details of what led up the shooting are still unclear. We will see if there’s any ICE bodycam.

@NYC_DOT livable streets staffers wanted to talk about ebikes, but I and surely millions of NYC taxpayers wanted to know who their boss was. I asked the woman and the guy in the stupid NYC of Bikes shirt and they refused to answer.
I also asked them what is a livable street and they all didn't know that either. All the woman rep could come up with was the little carny fair with non profits they set up on this backstreet.
While I was explaining how their bike lanes has made the streets more dangerous and less livable, some antagonistic urbanist spaz blows bubbles at me. He also mutrers urbanist bull shit you hear on X or Reddit. After I called him childish the DOT rep calls me the same for filming their data collection carny table which are like the scam games at real carnivals.
The livable streets office is the main source for planning bike lanes including the widened and two lane ebike autobahns and to make driving through gentrifying and upper class towns as difficult as possible til they give up their cars or move out of NYC. Which shows how clueless and crass they are.
The livable streets office doesn't even know who Priscilla Loke is. They only care about the "health" of ebikes than the health and safety of the people they are supposed to serve who use all modes of transportation. Which is why this spin off agency of the DOT and summer streets should be abolished and cut from the city budget permanently so the potholes and sinkholes can be fixed
And that canvas with those post-its is where the DOT gets their street redesign data from.
Too bad ICE wasn't around when two men mugged and off duty cop and stabbed him 7 times and drove away on an ebike and fled to another sanctuary city in Mass. in a car that has a green light license plate from NY state

🚨ICYMI: ICE agent shoots a Dominican national with a prior grand larceny conviction and alleged Trinitarios gang ties during a targeted arrest in Marble Hill.
He was in a car with a 5-year-old. The child was not hurt. The suspect was hit in the neck and is in stable condition.
DHS says NYPD arrested him on Dec. 7, 2023, and New York’s sanctuary rules put him back on the street days later. Same gang DHS links to the shooting of a CBP officer last year.
About 300 anti-ICE protesters then flooded the hospital. Clashes. Vehicles blocked. Arrests. Mayor Mamdani condemned the agents and demanded the man be released.
New York released him. ICE went and got him. The mob showed up for him anyway.
So this lowlife tried to flee from ICE and took his kid with him and went fast and furious crashing into their cars trying to get away.

Thursday, about 4 p.m. Marble Hill, NYC. ICE officers tried to box in his car to arrest him.
DHS says he rammed their vehicles.
An officer opened fire in self-defense.
NYPD says an ICE car had front-end damage.
The legacy media said "shot in the neck" and "7 rounds" like the guy was shot all to hell.
The truth is, he was hit in the neck below his left ear, and is in stable condition. He was stable, talking at the scene.
Obviously non-life threatening injuries. As you can see in the photo below.
Now in ICE custody.
His little boy wasn't hurt and is with family.
What's this guy's history in the US?
* A grand larceny conviction.
* Prior arrests for assault, robbery, drugs, and weapons. * Ties to the Trinitarios gang, the same gang that shot a CBP officer last year.
NYPD arrested him in December 2023.
DHS says sanctuary rules sent him back out the door a few days later.
So who did the mayor spend hours on the phone fighting for? Him.

But you have to wonder why the NYPD has no power to detain him and what orders they are given
Maybe it has to do with the laws preventing NYPD from assisting ICE to detain illegal immigrants
These laws are what's causing this crisis

At around 4pm today, there was a shooting involving federal law enforcement agents in the Marble Hill neighborhood of the Bronx. The NYPD was not involved in the incident and was not on scene at the time of the shooting. The individual who was shot is at a nearby hospital and is currently conscious and receiving medical attention.
