2.1 the goal for this would be to showcase how good your role and class could be and not force as much meta swapping. Break the meta kinda does this. But there is a psychology if you solo play where the higher io you go the less likely you are getting into keys atm as off meta.
3. This i dont think will ever happen. It would be beneficial if class tuning was balanced for their instance type. So different balanace and raid buffs for mythic plus, pvp, raid all separated.
I get told this is not realistic at all but its a billion dollar company...
1. No more keys. You can go to any dungeon and select the level of the key. With the caveats that you only get the io for the highest key that has everything timed underneath it.
1.1 If you timed 1 through 10 and a 20 you get io for 10 til 11 thru 19 are timed. This is to reward play through out the season and to make buying more costly.
I think resil keys better for pugging then non resil but I would like to see a full change (i have been told this is similar to fellowship but u have never played or looked so idk.
I think the following changes would be positive:

Notes about updates going out shortly. SIGNIFICANT refactors were done on how private auras are handled to be compatible with blizzards latest restrictions.
This makes following modules mandatory updates:
DBM - Core
DBM - Dungeons
DBM - TWW (if installed)
DBM - Dragonflight (if installed)
Basically any content that actually used private aura api.
Failing to update these modules could result in excessive errors and a bad experience.
Also, it's possible updates will also have errors, because Blizzard never actually deployed changes on PTRs for us to test, with an apology that the only place we'll be able to test them, is on live after maintenance.
So these updates are still UNTESTED due to the lack of an environment to test them. 🤣
(However, i'm pretty confident updates should be compatible with changes.)
This is my first new expansion (for context started retail WW and did classic). I have done beta/ptr for raids in midnight and I can't think of a specific example (meaning maybe a boss not testable) that could not have been in War Within mechanics.
In an interview with PC Gamer, Lead Encounter Designer Dylan Barker discusses how the addon changes have paved a way for new encounter mechanics and design philosophy in Midnight.

I can't waitt o have to test a bunhc of kick interrupt trackers and then when i find one that is good not allow anyone in my group unless everyone has one.
i need all these damn qol addons to just combine instead of having one or two functions that the other one doesn't have :sob:

The cooldown manager has to be studied at being one of the worst features that still doesn't work properly after 1 year
The funniest thing was people being like this yesterday:
Person - "My nameplate just broke mid boss".
Response - "What addon?"
Person - "None, base ui"
Response - "Get fucked pro who was only good cause of add-ons , happy they are gone".

I'm trying to resist to just doompost but there really isn't a way to put everything into constructive feedback. There is so much wrong with the current UI it is not describable. If the base UI is broken you can't exactly skin it either
