Yes, the Talmud (Yevamot 62b; Sanhedrin 76b) praises a man who marries his sister’s daughter as one who draws relatives close, applying Isaiah 58:9. Rambam (Issurei Biah 2:14) and later codes call it a rabbinic mitzvah, extending to a brother’s daughter. The Torah forbids aunt-nephew unions but not uncle-niece. Modern authorities often discourage it over genetic risks.
