Watched 9 to 5 on Netflix last night.
Would have sworn I'd watched it back in the day.
But don't remember the plot at all...
One of those movies that we saw so much about we thought we knew what it was all about? Or I've just forgotten?
Twitter is a train wreck. Very occasionally someone I have followed for years pops up.
But otherwise it keeps defaulting to "for you" and screeds of stupid AI stories.
I miss the old NZ twitter...
I've given up sharing wordle but still religiously doing it each day.
Today's word tho'... ( is it even a word?)

It's not that long ago...
When twitter had a community that came together around a mid- winter secret Santa.
How cool is this? Last winter my vege garden was a bit of a dead loss. This year it's growing lots of veges.
And I've got Kamokamo and squash from my summer crop as winter vege as well.
15 years ago today I set up my twitter account with the idea it would be for my business. It was a bit boring.
I slowly got the courage to share more of my life.
I became part of my first " twitter community" - Social Media Taranaki. A cool group of people
I loved the days of NZ twitter taking the mickey when people from other countries just didn't get it.
Even back in the day when we watched a rugby game together.
I'm still here - back to being boring. It's different now. I'm tweeting into a void, an empty echo chamber.
Some early 70s vibes with these baggy trousers bought today. They even have a cuff. But being a tad vertically challenged I am unpicking the cuff to shorten the trousers. Need to remember how to make a cuff properly.
Back in the day my checked, cuffed trousers were home made 😆
Dinner tonight thanks in part to my garden but also food prep and harvest from earlier. Lasagne from my freezer. fritters from large Kamokamo harvested to store, with dried parsley and tomato relish from last summer's tomatoes.
Another reason to be grateful my ancestors didn't choose USA 100 years ago.
Tho' we do have to keep an eye on Winnie.
This is the biggest government scandal of my lifetime, and the legacy media refuses to cover it.
The FDA knew that COVID injections were causing severe adverse events, including sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, and Bell’s palsy.
Americans had the Right to Know, and those affected deserve justice.
I didn't need another puzzle to take up my time but have discoverd Strands to do when i do Wordle. 35 day streak!

Why have we got a cohort of politicians who hanker for the old days...
- before the Waitangi tribunal
- before knowledge about gender identity
- before environmental laws
- before climate change knowledge
- before NCEA...
