After a late decision not to cross to the slow line at Bourne End, D9000 powers through P1 at Tring with 1Z55 Euston to Crewe, the Chairman’s Train. I’m not sure which of these I prefer - I think the first one is the better shot? 15-Oct-26

Good evening everyone. My tribute to a true railway icon, and one of the best designed trainsets ever to grace the rails. Happy 50th, InterCity 125! A line-up at London Paddington on 25/8/1994, nearest the camera is 43030, 43041, a hidden power car, and finally 43005. 😁👍
