@SamsungHelpUK HELP! our washing machine broke last week - 13 months into a 5yr warranty. Because of the no. of parts required for repair it won't be done until at least 12th feb! That's IF it gets repaired.

I have 5 children and a wife who is clinically vulnerable, (cont...) Using a laundrette is not an option for us. I paid a hefty premium for a quality machine and this long delay has caused so many problems. Surely a new machine makes more sense?!

I am sorely disappointed with Samsung, I have many samsung appliances and phones etc in the household but this has really spoilt things now. To add insult to injury, we had a cheerful email telling us the repair was complete!

Here's one I prepared earlier... #kerdiboard #wetroom
Why I will only use #kerdiboard in my #wetroom construction. Cement board is breaking down after 1 min of water!
