Its hard to practice what I "preach" to others. The need to "take & give care" was something I had to learn the hard way through #mental illness. I'm sat in the garden Chez Braid as I write this & share the graphic.

Calling Football Dads - we need your help!
We are looking for dads of adolescent daughters (c.12-16/17 years) who play football at a football club (not just at school), to talk about their daughters' experience particularly in relation to female health like kit, puberty, facilities, injuries, culture and coaching and how dads would like to see them better supported, as well as what support you feel that you need to help create the best environment for your daughter.
It's a Zoom focus group for 1 hour and you will receive a £15 foot locker voucher.
If you are interested please either DM us here or contact [email protected]
If you know any dads who may be keen or your club wishes to help out then please also share this post in your communities.
