If you make up a blatant lie like this and FUD a 100% volunteer, airdrop initiative with no team allocation or presale it says way more about you than anything. Same goes for the people who reposted. Asking questions is good and healthy for the space but this person is making a definitive statement and providing no list of addresses for people to analyze. I get that some people view Runestone as a threat to their bags but this is not the way. Ask the question but don't state something untrue as a fact. The snapshot block height for Runestone of 826,600 was intentionally chosen because it was a moment in the past. It was prior to the Ordinals airdrop conversation happening on X and prior to me tweeting the idea for Runestone. This was done intentionally because nobody could go back in time and farm Runestones. People who were in Ordinals know that nobody was talking about Ordinals airdrops at block 826,600 because it was prior to the airdrops that started this meta. You can even see in my original tweet for the idea that I proposed a different eligibility algorithm that the community didn't like so it evolved into what it finally became. There are thousands of messages in the Discord that show full transparency into the algo design process. The algo is open source and very easy to understand. No collections were given preference, etc. and it very intentionally attempted to not reward whales like me. I got 9 Runestones and have given 4 away. This means I received 0.008% of the supply. I have not bought or sold any. I received much larger percentage of the supply for the other Odinals airdrops that happened so I would say the algo worked decently well. If I wanted a 10% team allocation like he is accusing me of I would have just given myself a 10% allocation which is the norm for other projects. The reason I didn't is because there is no way on earth that for a non-utility memecoin I think I deserve $30M at current MCAP. The unfortunate reality is he got what he wanted out of the post which was to create a distraction for the Runestone community and to try to damage the project's reputation. Some people saw this tweet and didn't look into it any further. This is just how X works. We keep moving forward and all I will say now is this. Runestone cannot be stopped.
