Kirby Smart “makes” 13 million a year to coach a football team..
The March Madness TV Deal is worth 30 Billion. But, the Senate steps in to apply financial caps on the “actual laborers” who are majority Black.
...The commentators below "talk" sports and make millions. Think about the priority of money in TV programming juxtaposed to education in America and an actual living wage.

Boys aren’t jumping fences, riding bikes for miles, running from dogs, and jumping up and down cars all day while hooping multiple times per day either. All that landing, running, changing direction was building strength. As a kid, I didn’t even know what sore really was.
Athletes aren’t developing their calf and quads like they used to back in the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s!
Blame the Training staffs at the highest levels for not understanding Simple Sports Performance Training!
ESPECIALLY Basketball Trainers in the Culture…all those fancy new movements and guys are tearing joints I never knew existed! 🤦🏽♂️

Jordan Brooks #14 2027 is a 6’4 forward who’s frame is already starting to fill out. He has functional vertical athleticism that translates to in game plays such as a lob from half court that he caught with both hands. He also blocks shots, is comfortable stepping into 3’s, and has a natural feel for where the balls is going to end up on rebounds!!

Team GME 17U has been making all the right reads!!! He has been making the right pass whether it’s a drive and kick, extra swing to the corner, or just the simple bounce pass in a 2 on1 in transition. Reed also has great form with a strong base on his jump shot, just hit a 3 to end the half. He’s been doing it all for them early!!

“I don’t care about backlash or any comments because In life you are going to be the hammer or the nail, I’m the hammer.” John Brown
A Friday of fun for you with this one! We’ve been waiting on this just to have a chance to sit with a man who doesn’t just talk the talk but he really walks the walk!
Sitting with John Brown, father of NFL All-Pro @amonra_stbrown @Equanimeous and Osiris…He shares with us how it’s truly on parents if your kids fail or succeed and that starting them young is the only choice!
We had to push back on some of it but we laughed a lot and learned a lot as John takes us through his approach from being Mr. Universe to instilling that same discipline, work ethic and education his sons needed to not just compete but dominate in everything they do. We also get into the backlash he faces not just for being tough on his kids but also the racism and harsh cultural criticisms along the way.

Appreciate the NOW.
Rick Pitino nails it. Every player’s hourglass runs out faster than they think.
One day, the practices, the games, the grind…it’s all gone.
Cherish every rep, every moment, every opportunity.
Don’t waste your sand. ⏳

Jaylen Brown says some of the most talented players are not in the NBA right now:
“That might sound crazy, but it’s not. The game has changed. In the ‘90s and 2000s? The best players in the world were in the league. But now? In the 2020s? That’s no longer the case. I do not believe all the best players are in the NBA. Of course, basketball is more than just talent and skill. The NBA is built on potential now. It’s about utility guys, about assets.”

Everytime I get mad at my sports team for losing, I remind myself of what Giannis said. Arguably my favorite response to a reporter ever.

Kobe scored (21,065) and averaged (28.2) the most points in the hardest decade to score in NBA history. He did this while making 9 All-Defensive and 10 All-NBA selections and winning four rings. The 00's decade most definitely belonged to Kobe Bryant...

BREAKING: The U.S. Air Force has reportedly removed a video about the legendary Tuskegee Airmen—trailblazing Black pilots of WWII—from its basic training curriculum at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, following Trump’s executive order banning (DEI) across the federal government.
This has NOTHING to do with DEI and everything to do with the accomplishments of heroes who happened to be black.

Former NBA player Iman Shumpert talking about Steph Curry and where the league is now said, “𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒎 𝒊𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒉 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝒘𝒊𝒏 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒎 𝒊𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒉 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒚, 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒉 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒚.”
When guys say “Steph ruined the league”, that’s not it. Analytics nerds convincing every team they should shoot like Steph and the Warriors is what ruined the league. We see rosters full of average shooters taking 40-50 3s a game 🤦🏻♂️
The game is broken..
