Low U-factor ≠ airtight.
U-factor measures heat flow through the glass, spacer, sash and frame. Air leakage measures air passing through joints and seals under pressure.
A window can perform well on one and poorly on the other.

Great to see larger buildings using tilt and turn windows. This building in Hatfield PA is even passive house certified! We used our passive house uPVC frame on this specific project. The average U value is 0.14.
