An exciting innovation emerged in Bogotá: a Meta-Deliberation Citizens' Assembly. Its goal was to democratize the governance of future assemblies, with randomly selected citizens proposing the rules for future deliberations.
🗣️ The assembly deliberates for 4 consecutive days, totaling 32 hours of deep discussion and reflection on key issues. ⏳💬
