IFR Displacement Lab @IdeasForRussia surveyed how Russian political emigrants with children preserve and expand their social capital.
Results:
Unique challenges for families with kids:
– Integration in new education systems to minimize stress for kids.
– Establishing "parallel" Russian-speaking structures (schools, culbs).
