Most founders spend 3 months building an MVP because building feels productive. Selling feels vulnerable. Flip the order. Spend 3 weeks getting 10 pre-orders, then build the first version with only top 1-3 features.
Got an idea you can't build yourself? Post the problem and proposed solution on ideas.directory before trying to hire an agency. Other builders & potential clients will tell you in hours if it makes sense or if it's dead on arrival.
Your first 50 users won't come from Product Hunt or an algorithmic hit. They come from 200 personalized DMs, niche subreddits, and hanging out where your buyers complain about existing tools.

What has changed massively over 12yr ago are the AI models. Surely folks & companies are leveraging to improve every aspect of aeroplane, not just battery technology so hopefully we will see rapid innovations in this field
