चाय बेचने की ऐसी लत लगी है कि देश की संपत्ति बेचने लगा! जो IDBI बैंक 5 साल में ₹28,768 करोड़ का शुद्ध मुनाफा कमा रही है, जिसका मुनाफा हर साल बढ़ रहा है, उसी को सरकार कौड़ियों में बेच रही है! ₹25,000 करोड़ जनता का पैसा डालकर बैंक को खड़ा किया, अब जब ₹9,513 करोड़ सालाना कमाने लगी तो अपने कनाडाई मित्र प्रेम वत्सा को ₹81 प्रति शेयर में थमा दिया! ये विनिवेश नहीं, देश के मुनाफे की लूट है!

एक फोटो बहुत घूम रही है: "₹1,400 करोड़ taxpayer का पैसा लूटा गया।" गुस्सा जायज़ है, पर शेयर करने से पहले एक मिनट मेरी बात सुनिए। अदालत ने "लूट" शब्द नही लिखा। राजस्थान की सरकारी बिजली कंपनी ने 2008 मे एक कोयला खदान के लिए private कंपनी के साथ JV बनाया था, जिसमें सरकारी हिस्सा सिर्फ़ 26% था। जुलाई 2025 मे जयपुर की commercial court ने कहा कि siding न बनाने की गलती private partner की थी, इसलिए सड़क का खर्च उसे उठाना चाहिए था, उस पर ₹50 लाख का जुर्माना लगाया और CAG audit का निर्देश दिया। ₹1,400 करोड़ वापस करने का कोई आदेश नही था, मुकदमा ₹65 करोड़ के ब्याज का था। और सबसे ज़रूरी बात, 18 जुलाई 2025 को High Court ने इस आदेश पर रोक लगा दी है, मामला अभी चल रहा है। खबर पर तारीख नवंबर 2025 की है, जबकि फैसला जुलाई का था। पर इस मामले मे एक बात ऐसी है जो हमें ध्यान से सुननी चाहिए। सरकारी कंपनी ने खुद अदालत मे माना कि बिजली रुकने के डर से उसे private partner की बातें माननी पड़ीं। यही ढांचा IDBI मे बनने जा रहा है। ये Fairfax पर कोई आरोप नही, ढांचे का सवाल है। सौदे के बाद सरकार और LIC के पास मिलाकर 34% बचेगा और फैसले नए मालिक के होंगे। जब 26% वाली सरकारी कंपनी झुक सकती है, तो 34% वाला हिस्सेदार, जिसके सामने ₹3.5 लाख करोड़ की जनता की जमा दांव पर हो, अपनी बात कितनी मनवा पाएगा। इसीलिए 2003 मे संसद मे दिया गया वचन निभाइए, 51% रखिए। मामला गंभीर है, सवाल असली हैं। पर जब हम आधा सच शेयर करते हैं, तो सामने वाला पूरे सच को झूठा बताने का मौका पा जाता है, और फिर IDBI पर हमारी सही बातें भी "WhatsApp University" कहकर टाल दी जाती हैं। . हमारी सबसे बड़ी ताकत हमारी साख है। शेयर करने से पहले बस तीन बातें देख लीजिए: अदालत ने असल मे क्या कहा, फैसला अंतिम है या उस पर रोक है, और तारीख सही है या नही। गुस्सा हमारा हथियार है, पर उसकी धार सच से बनती है। (तथ्य सार्वजनिक रिपोर्टों पर आधारित हैं; मामला अदालत मे लंबित है और अंतिम फैसला अदालत का होगा।)
