Oh I see! @PalantirTech & @louismosley think they have cunningly got round rules by employing @tom_watson on a ‘leave of absence’ from the Lords. What genius! I would expect nothing less from the company that published a technofascist manifesto on its Twitter feed. Keep it up lads.
I can’t remember being more disappointed by any politician. @andyburnham needs to abolish the House of Lords. It’s a vector for corruption. Because that’s what this is. A pay-to-play capture of a UK lawmaker by Silicon Valley’s worst firm.

The far right only believe in freedom of speech for themselves.
They don’t care about women. They exploit women’s issues to push out their bigotry.
They care about one thing only: race. Because they’re racists.
A woman is dragged by her hair, grabbed by the jaw and hit with a walking stick at Reform conference.
Robert Jenrick watches the footage and says: “Oh boo hoo. Get a life.”
Lee Anderson jokes about buying the attacker a new stick.
This is who they are. They will laugh at violence against a woman if she interrupts Nigel.

Do @Cambridge_Uni condone the acts of their associate professor James Orr?
This looks like a career ended to me - I hope it’s not condoned by Cambridge! And I hope the police investigate!

The government’s review seems unlikely to change this

Great reporting from @alextomo and @Verbatim_Media
A fascinating incidental detail. As 12.20 James Orr says: "The Electoral Commission ... are completely useless. They're just so dumb and ineffective."
Will come as no surprise to those who witnessed the way the Commission failed to call Morgan McSweeney and Labour Together to account for illegally concealing the source of their funding.

So the I-paper have now paid Julie Burchill to write a hit piece over the Jeremy Vine episode. I’m not going to share the article as I refuse to give it any oxygen, but it seems I’m pissing off all the right people. They can write all the hit pieces they want, but I’m not going to let it distract me from speaking the truth and I think we should all let it fizzle out.

Astonishing fact: the BBC has not broadcast an iv with Francesca Albanese since Dec '23.
Almost 3 yrs of genocide & they've not once felt the need to talk to the UN's Special Rapporteur for human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories. /1

There was one further direct message, which he deleted immediately after realising I had made his harassment public. In that deleted message, he alleged that the language I used in my original post, in which I called for him to be stood down as host of the Carers UK Awards, was inflammatory and responsible for everything that followed.
Craig Lowe retweeted
In light of recent claims made about me in private messages from Jeremy Vine, and given the public nature of the issues involved, I am releasing the relevant correspondence for transparency.
I challenged the decision to appoint Mr Vine as host of the Carers UK Awards because of longstanding concerns about how disabled people, chronically ill people, and unpaid carers are portrayed on his programme. The petition that followed was not created or organised by me; it was initiated independently by another X user.
I do not condone abuse, harassment, or threats directed at anyone, and I reject any attempt to hold me responsible for the behaviour of others online.
The messages I received raise matters of public interest relating to charity governance, media influence, and accountability. Publishing them ensures the record is accurate and allows the public to understand the context in which these claims were made.
My intention is not to cause distress, but to correct the record and uphold the right of our communities to challenge narratives that affect us.
