Hey Alex - real sorry to hear you felt that way during your visit. Were you able to speak with a team leader on duty to discuss this?
@Hermesparcels strikes again! Not only fraudulently signing on my behalf, but then not actually delivering my item to my address, nor leaving a card to say where they have dumped it!
Watch out for fraud by @Hermesparcels I’m not home this morning but I’ve managed to sign for my parcel and this in no way represents my signature. #fraud #liars My parcel better be intact and not shoved in a bin or thrown over the gate!
