I think that buying hype (at 5-10usd) in bear market with size will print more millionaires than trenches did.
Thisis my next giga brain move.
OpenRouter was acquired by Stripe for ~$7.5B, making it a clear centralized benchmark for unified AI model routing.
$Surplus is already processing serious volume: 4.7T tokens in the last 30 days, 91M paid API requests, over $2M in cumulative buyer savings, and hundreds of integrations.
If $Surplus is doing ~2.5% of OpenRouter's token volume while sitting at around $15M MC, the upside is worth paying attention to.
3% of OpenRouter's valuation →$225M
5% → $375M
Even a conservative 1–2% puts Surplus at $75–150M, roughly 5–10x from here.
I keep telling y'all, this is not your average vibe-coded slop play. The ceiling here is much higher, and I don't think you're late at all.
On top of that, one major structural risk, the limitations of the community token, is being addressed through migration.
And the best part for me personally? The team is taking community feedback seriously. Three-year vesting on team supply inspires a lot of investor confidence.
Five months of building, quiet accumulation, and fundamentals growing behind the scenes.
Compare that to $Orbio which ran to100M roughly a month on hype and narrative. At peak it had processed only 20B tokens and a few hundred thousand requests. Even now its all-time tokens served sit around 59B.

I've been holding $Surplus for three months now, and every week my conviction grows.
I don't think some of you appreciate how solid this project really has been.
For perspective, lots of onchain projects got completely demolished when RH onchain spawned months ago, and a lot of them never recovered.
But if a project on another chain not only survived that rotation but continued thriving and building, that should get your attention and, heck, your money.
If we get a true Uptober, I believe $SURPLUS will be one of the coins leading the charge on Base.Without a doubt.
Everyone is so focused on RH right now that this still feels like a relatively undercrowded trade.
Project that have been around for a while, team that have been consistently building, and coins with actual substance are the ones you want to be paying attention to and bidding going into October.
