Yeah looks like i got it figured out. $60 seems doable for a 2 board switcher. $20 a board afterwards. Using USB-C.

Well build cost is down to $15 from $21. $11 without screw terminals. USB-C connectors are expensive, $1.4 each.

Current wacky thought, USB C instead of RJ45. I can fit audio up to 30W, video and all my inputs. Mono audio only unless I figure something.

Okay still struggling with price on the switcher. Mostly due to cost of AMP/ADCs. Am I safe to assume most games have their own Amps?
