It's a topic not going away and we can't burry our heads in the sand. Too many lives are changed by ChemSex (or whatever you want to call it) with some lives lost forever.
That's why we are launching this hub. It's only the start and we'll be building on this over the coming years.
Check it out at lgbthero.org.uk/chemsex
ex. Drugs. Hook-ups. Chillouts. Whatever you call it.
You don’t have to call it chemsex. You don’t have to be having a problem. And you don’t have to want to stop.

It's Voter Registration Week and along with registering we must also think about Voter ID.
If you’re a younger LGBTQ+ person, you may not have an accepted form of photo Voter ID. You may also struggle to have access to documents like birth certificates or passports which you need when applying for other forms of photo Voter ID, especially if family relationships are strained.

🗳️🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ It’s Voter Registration Week!
All eligible LGBTQ+ people should have the information they need to be election-ready—and the first step is registering to vote.
You’ll need to register again if you’ve moved home or changed your name or nationality. It takes around five minutes online.
Register at gov.uk/register-to-vote.
You can also visit LGBT HERO’s LGBTQ+ Voting Hub for clear, impartial information about registering, voter ID and the different ways you can vote at lgbthero.org.uk/vote

It’s still too soon. Need another 10 years. TV has changed also.
My ideas following the possible #TheXFactor revival.
✨ Go back to basics with the room auditions - Audeince auditions don't work.
✨ Cheryl, Simon and Louie as judges with one new younger judge connected to the show for balance
✨ Bootcamp returns
✨ 6 chair challenge
✨ Judges houses
✨ 10 weeks of LIVE shows with judges choice deadlock etc.
What would you bring to a new X factor revival?
Same bull 💩. Slot might have well stayed.
Half-time at Anfield. #LIVNFO
I think right now whole we try and figure things out it's important that trans+ people feel seen and supported by our whole community #lgbtq
After the UK government’s guidance on single sex spaces, it's important that trans people and LGBTQ+ communities come together, support one another and make sure nobody faces this alone.
The guidance around trans people and single-sex spaces is going to leave a lot of people feeling anxious, upset, angry and uncertain about what comes next. Right now, it’s important that trans people and our wider LGBTQ+ community do not retreat into isolation or feel like you have to carry this on your own.
Community matters now more than ever.
Look after each other.
• Check in on your friends.
• Support people who are struggling.
• Build each other up.
• Make sure nobody is left alone with their fear, anger or anxiety.
Protect yourself and protect one another.
LGBTQ+ communities have always survived difficult moments through solidarity, visibility and community care. This moment is no different. Over the coming weeks there will be a huge amount of debate online and many organisations, workplaces and services will still be trying to understand what today’s guidance means in practice.
We would encourage people to take care of themselves, avoid spiralling online where possible and focus on staying connected to supportive people and spaces. If you need support, please reach out.
