U.S. District Judge Tiffany R. Johnson officially shut it down, ruling that the NCAA isn't subject to Title IX in this case because there's zero evidence they receive federal funding. The judge even had to include a chart to explain how government funding works to Gaines' team. Another performative grift defeated in court.

What the Kremlin is doing with the AfD now is an almost exact replica of what it did with Dodik, Russia's trojan horse in Bosnia & Herzegovina, in 2014. In September 2014, Dodik was summoned to Moscow and "offered" a "direct" and "lucrative" Gazprom deal, - just weeks before the elections.
For Russia, Gazprom/Norstream/Southstream were never economic projects. They were and are political weapons. Incredible that so many in Germany are even considering wading back into that river twice.

My husband, @mattvanswol has been locked out of his X account for refusing to delete a post he made this morning.
X locked his account for “abuse and harassment” which of course, he did not do.
In fact, he did the EXACT OPPOSITE and stated how horrible the video was and how awful it was to watch.
How can we “be the news” if we cannot post the news without being forced to delete it?
This is wrong.
People should be allowed to see the content Matt posts, regardless of whether it is hard to watch or not.
Personally, I often find it really difficult to watch some of the content Matt posts because it is so horrible.
And that’s exactly the point.
People need to KNOW things like this are happening… because without people like Matt, so many stories would not be national news and catalysts for change.

As someone who's pretty pro-AI and pro-data center, my reaction to watching these AI leaders placate Trump on this "SI" thing is shame and revulsion.
