Last trading day of the week AND the month. 👀📉
Some of us came into October with big plans.
Some got humbled.
Some made money.
Some are still waiting for the market to apologize. 😭😂
But be honest…
How did October treat your trading account?
A. We move. 📈
B. Market dealt with me. 💔
C. I learned expensive lessons. 😭
D. I’m not discussing it. 😂
No judgement. Let’s hear it. 👇

Good morning people!. You know how many "make I chop this girl" turn into serious relationships and even marriages?

There are people who pray for you even when you’re not around, and you may never know they do.
Perhaps those silent prayers have saved you countless times, protected you from things you never saw coming, and carried you through moments when you had no strength left.
Never underestimate the power of someone sincerely praying for you behind closed doors.

🎧 #162 TKP — Leadership
Great leadership is about taking responsibility, building trust, communicating clearly, and helping others work toward a shared goal.
* Lead by example, not just by words.
* Take responsibility for your decisions.
* Build trust through honesty and consistency.
* Focus on developing people, not just achieving results.
Takeaway: Leadership starts with leading yourself before expecting others to follow you.
The best leaders build trust, take responsibility, and bring out the best in others.

🎧 #161 Dr. Anna Lembke — Between Pleasure and Pain
Constantly chasing pleasure can make us less satisfied. Learning to tolerate discomfort helps us build balance, self-control, and resilience.
- Too much instant gratification can reduce long-term satisfaction.
- Discomfort is part of growth.
- Practice self-control instead of giving in to every urge.
- Balance pleasure with m
eaningful effort.
Takeaway: Discipline means choosing what serves your future over what feels good right now.
Learn to tolerate discomfort today to build a stronger tomorrow.
