前几天法国 RMC 电视台的王牌辩论节目《大嘴巴》，请来了一位 22 岁的大学生，叫 Louise。

拆开法国那张全世界最复杂的工资单看看。
在法国签一份普通工作，合同上写着毛工资 1800 欧。
你以为月底就能拿着 1800 欧去改善生活。
想多了。
工资单发下来，先上一堂扎实的算术课。
养老统筹、医疗保险、失业金、普遍社会捐税。
密密麻麻几十行扣款。
还没等钱在账户里捂热，硬生生直接被扣掉四分之一。
实际到手就剩 1400 欧出头。
这还没算完，雇主为了给你发这 1800 欧，背后还要替你向国家再交大几百欧的雇主社保。
你给市场创造了快两千五百欧的价值，真正落进口袋的，就那一千多块钱。
辛辛苦苦在店里站柜台、端盘子，一个月干满一百五十个小时。
扣完税，再扣掉每天挤地铁的通勤票和午饭，兜里所剩无几。
这个时候，你看一眼身边的同龄人。
不上班的人，可以申请每月六百多欧的最低生活保障，还能领两三百欧的住房补贴，连坐公交地铁都有专项减免。
零零碎碎算下来，一个人什么都不干，也能从国家福利池里拿到近千欧。
你拼死拼活干满一整月，跟躺在家里的人相比，也就多拿这三四百欧。
多付出的时间、汗水和精力，被这几百欧差价稀释得干干净净。

在象牙塔里听着确实让人热血沸腾。
因为没交过税的人，总觉得政府手里的钱是大风刮来的。
但现实往往只需要一张纸。
当你真正用双手赚过一次钱，看到自己流汗换来的收入被一笔笔强行扣走，拿去养那些拒绝工作的人。
不需要别人讲什么宏大理论。
常识就会替你做出选择。

The judge refused your motion to wipe it out, and then he granted the U.S. government's motion to freeze your entire district-court case while the appeal continues.
Ms. Albanese, as you never took a Bar Exam or qualified as a lawyer, I want to be very clear as to the practical result of this ruling: the devastating American sanctions against you remain fully in force.
Your husband sued to block those sanctions after you were designated under Executive Order 14203 for actively pushing the International Criminal Court to investigate and prosecute Israeli and American officials. You briefly won a preliminary injunction in May. That's when you and Hamas-linked media were celebrating. A bit too soon, however — as the appeals court very quickly reinstated the sanctions. Yesterday Judge Leon rejected your husband’s bid to dissolve that injunction and he put your whole case on hold.
Ms. Albanese, you will be further delighted to know that our organization United Nations Watch filed a detailed amicus brief early in this case—before the original injunction was even issued—documenting your coordinated efforts with the ICC, the official reports used to build cases against protected persons, and your public campaigning for prosecutions. We showed the court evidence that this was not protected academic speech but the exact conduct targeted by the sanctions. We also documented your antisemitic incitement, support for terrorism, and gross ethical violations for which France, Germany, and Canada and numerous other non-democracies have condemned you.
