Went into Guitar Center to give multiple thumbs down to Fender instruments. Definitely interested in an alternative like Ernie Ball Music Man, Suhr, Tom Anderson, or various others. At this point, let's look into small builders in general. #shoplocal

Could someone please strongly suggest to PK to stop telling the bigs to hedge on every screen? It hasn't worked all season.

Hi, ER Doc here. I don’t know who needs to hear this but going outside in the cold with your hair wet does NOT cause pneumonia. Please tell your friends and grandmothers about this.

If you're feeling low on your job search, I recently found a google doc from mid-fellowship when I was getting hot and heavy with a smaller program looking for someone to build their brain injury program. It was full of ideas, and I was really excited.

This was my chance to really create something, and I couldn't wait. Long story short, they up and ghosted me. I was pretty down, but kept looking, and went on to get offers from some top institutions in the country. I got my favorite, and am really happy with where I work now.

Occasionally, I take a look back to see how they're doing (I -might- be a little salty), and two years later, they're still searching for a candidate. I can't help but feel like it deserves a Julia Roberts moment. So y'all, hang in there. You got this.

“Patient is a poor historian” 🙄🙄🙄 IT IS NOT THE PATIENT’S JOB TO BE A TALENTED HISTORIAN. It is your (our) job to be a talented history taker. Whether that means coaxing out details, teasing out sensitive facts, explicitly asking relevant points, collecting collateral stories, or using whatever means necessary to finagle together appropriate language translation for the deaf-mute-Swahili patient… #endrant #petpeeve #medtwitter

1) why do Georgians not respect the fast lane? 2) why are "hands free" Georgians always on their phones in the car? 3) why do Georgians not use their turning signals? 4) why do G-s consistently drive under the speed limit 5) why do G-s never use their horns?

9 cont) ...they don't have the right of way, they made a mistake, or they intentionally ignored the rules of the road, and want to get over, but you don't play those games? 10) why do G-s go way slower when there're more cars, even when they're not taking the exit #QTNA

And before anybody goes off, there are definitely upsides to being in the South. But man, these are the worst drivers I've ever seen. I thought Kentucky was bad...

If the child on the left was old enough to pick cotton and the child on the right was old enough to attend Klan rallies, then today's children are old enough to learn about both of these and how they've led us to where we are today.

To the white SUV/UGA supporter who cut me off from a cross street, throw it in reverse to execute a modified 3 point turn, then proceed to blow their horn when they almost hit me and the driver behind me on W Wesley this AM...read a driver's manual. Could save your (or my) life

I am not super duper smart but I am thorough and persistent and you’d be surprised how much that counts for in doctoring.
