Worthy MD JPDCL Sh Srikant Balasaheb suse today visited 24x7 Call Center of JPDCL in IT&C Div Jammu .He was informed that this call center was established to attend public grievances regarding power breakdowns and other issues related to installation of smart meters (1/2)
It is advised to all our Pre-Paid Consumers to check their "Pre-Paid Account Statement" in the app for knowing their Outstandings and Recharges/Payments. Further, you can make payments through Make Payment tab. Bills section and some other Tabs in the App are in Testing phase.
