Lol the last time Nigeria was actually defeating Boko Haram was when an Igbo man was Chief of Army Staff. Lt Gen Azubuike Ihejirika, 2010 to 2014. He created the 7th Division, armed the soldiers and took territory back. For once Boko Haram was losing. Then the conspiracy started from the North. Northern politicians, notably Muhammadu Buhari in his 2013 BBC Hausa interview, said the Federal Government was killing Northern youth and that Boko Haram fighters should get amnesty like Niger Delta militants. At the same time a whisper campaign spread. That this Igbo General was not fighting terror but using the war as a pretext to avenge the Civil War. An Igbo man who went to save Borno was accused of going to punish the North. To finish him an Australian negotiator Stephen Davis claimed Ihejirika himself was sponsoring Boko Haram. It made no sense. How can the hunter be accused of feeding the beast. Ihejirika denied it and went to court but the damage was done. In January 2014 he was removed. What happened after. The army collapsed. Boko Haram took 14 local governments, declared a caliphate in Gwoza, took Bama and Chibok. The man who was winning was removed because his victory did not serve politics. You politicized the army, turned promotion to patronage and justice to tribe. Now you call on Igbo youths who value their lives to bring those lives to your altar of bloodlust. To die for an army that sits on a mat with terrorists in the North and parades Igbo boys half naked on the road in the South East. An Igbo man is not built for hypocrisy. Our culture celebrates only integrity and accountability. This is why they stay away.
It's looking like the Commander is begging now, but in the long run the Southeast will end up regretting the decision made by their sons and daughters of not joining the Military. #Sentinel

Let the children of those who enjoy Nigeria fight for Nigeria 1. There is a simple solution to the Nigerian Army's recruitment difficulties in the Southeast, and it should extend across Nigeria. 2. The National Assembly must begin debating legislation that places the burden of national defence at the doorsteps of those who govern Nigeria. 3. Let every politician with medically eligible adult children be required to encourage at least two of them to serve in the Nigerian Army for five years. 4. After all, if Nigeria is worth defending, surely it is worth defending by the children of those who have benefited most from its existence. 5. Nigeria has paid their bills, funded their privileges, provided their mansions, Bentleys, Bugattis and luxurious holidays across Europe and America. 6. Surely, five years of military service is not too much to ask. 7. Imagine an army populated by the children of senators, governors, ministers and presidents. 8. Would soldiers be served watery beans and food that even dogs won't accept? 9. Would military equipment remain inadequate? 10. Would soldiers be sent into battle without proper protection? 11. Perhaps the urgency of military reform would become unmistakable when those making the decisions also have children facing the consequences. 12. For the longest, the children of ordinary Nigerians have been invited to make sacrifices that the children of privilege are rarely expected to share. 13. And now, military authorities wonder why young people are reluctant to enlist. 14. Dear generals, look inwards. 15. Visit the National Assembly before returning to the villages of the Southeast. 16. Ask the lawmakers who speak so passionately about patriotism to demonstrate it within their own families. 17. A nation cannot endlessly demand the blood of the poor while reserving its comforts for the powerful. 18. Patriotism should not be a sermon preached by the privileged to the expendable. 19. Let those who govern share the risks of defending the country they govern. 20. A country that has richly 'blessed' them
Brigadier General Dikko A.M., Commander of the Ohafia Division, expressed disappointment that Abia State produced only about 100 recruits during the last Nigerian Army recruitment exercise. Before you say his son should join, know that his son is serving in Anambra State. But what is alarming is the pressure being put on Igbo youths to join the Nigerian Army. Why the desperation to recruit more Igbo youths?

“As Commander here, during the last recruitment, Abia produced only about 100 recruits. I was worried because I felt I had failed my boss.” — Brigadier General Dikko A.M., Commander of the Ohafia Division, expresses disappointment over the low turnout of Igbo youths joining the Nigerian Army.

Dear Brigadier General Dikko, our mothers did not raise their sons for Borno Dear Brigadier General Dikko, 1. You lamented that Abia State could not produce even 100 recruits for the Nigerian Army. 2. You wondered how you would explain this failure to your superiors. 3. But General, perhaps you are asking the wrong question. 4. What exactly is the Nigerian Army desperately seeking in Igbo youths that the NNPC, FIRS, EFCC, Customs and Immigration are not equally desperate to find? 5. Why must southeastern inclusion become urgent only when rifles are involved? 6. Nigeria fought a devastating war to prevent the Igbo people from leaving. 7. Perhaps Nigeria should concentrate on protecting the people it fought to retain, rather than lamenting their reluctance to become its protectors. 8. Times are changing, General. 9. A generation is emerging that understands that patriotism is not measured by willingness to die. 10. A farmer feeds civilisation. 11. A doctor preserves life. 12. An engineer builds nations. 13. An entrepreneur creates prosperity. 14. These are also forms of national service. 15. Some warn that without military recruitment today, the Southeast may have no generals in thirty years. 16. But General, perhaps in thirty years, these young people will own hospitals, industries, farms and technological empires. 17. Tinubu never became a general to command the protection of generals. 18. The military exists to protect citizens, not merely those who enlist. 19. And before you recruit another mother's son to fight insurgents in the never ending Borno war, remember that his life is not a statistic. 20. His mother cannot embrace a military medal. 21. His children cannot eat a posthumous citation. 22. If fewer than 100 youths volunteered, perhaps you should investigate why public confidence has diminished, rather than lament their absence. 23. Help these young people find other meaningful opportunities. 24. General, the Igbo youth is not a recruitment quota. His life is not expendable. 25. A generation that chooses to build rather than fight has not necessarily lost its courage. 26. Perhaps it has finally discovered the value of its future. 27. If you still need soldiers, ask Soludo, Rochas, OUK, TA Orji to send their sons.

VERYDARKMAN HAS SHOWN THE COMPLETE PROJECT TO SHUT THOSE CRITICIZING HIM UP Those who criticised VDM really believed he used 50 million naira for murals. Well, the whole project cost over 250 million naira. Here is how it goes: We built 4 solid structures from scratch and a fence covering over 3.4 hectares of land. Over 18,000 blocks were used for the fence alone, at 850 to 900 naira each, without counting cement, sand, stones and workmanship. The fence was plastered too. The project also has a well equipped clinic, admin block, SS1 to SS3 block, JSS1 to JSS3 block, solar street lights, fans in all classrooms and the clinic, and toilets. Check the roofing, the ceiling and the doors. The walls have 6 murals. 4 have Burna Boy and the kids, and 2 have Burna Boy, VDM and Winnie. The walls are trademarked so the government cannot claim the project when they are campaigning. The commissioning is tomorrow, with a comprehensive breakdown of what was spent. A statue for Burna Boy will be built there.

The solution to the problem of bandits This is a small unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) that I built, and its size is no bigger than the palm of a hand However, it can carry out surveillance ⚠️🚷 It has a small camera that can enter every corner and narrow passage to capture videos and photos without anyone knowing it has arrived. After it captures photos or videos, those controlling it will be able to see them live It will be very helpful in detecting forest bandits easily, especially for the military Please tag security agencies and share

For the women wondering how men treat fellow men convicted of child murder 👇👇. They don't wear blue, carry placards in protest and blame mental health.
🚨BREAKING: Convicted child killer Kyle Bevan was brutally stabbed more than 30 times by fellow inmates in a savage 5-minute prison attack at HMP Wakefield — and was left for dead. Bevan was serving a life sentence for the horrific 2020 murder of two-year-old Lola James, whom he subjected to a savage assault causing catastrophic brain injuries and over 100 wounds. The brutal prison attack is being seen by many as raw "prison justice" for his crimes against an innocent toddler.
