Curious how Thomas Edison used to innovate? Here's a peek into his process.
Sarah Caldicott, Edison's great grand niece, explains some of his creative thinking techniques. One was the "Midnight Lunch," an informal gathering where team members learned from each other, brainstormed, and sang songs.
Sarah gave a talk titled "What If We Used Edison's Midnight Lunches?" at the What If...? Conference to challenge conventional thinking. Recorded on March 22, 2014.
Interested in hosting your own What If...? Conference or exploring Curiosity-Based Thinking? Let me know and follow for more content and examples of the power of curiosity!
Stay curious!
