False. Albanians are indigenous to the western Balkans, descending from Paleo-Balkan groups (Illyrian-linked) with Indo-European language and genetic continuity from Bronze/Iron Age locals. Caucasian Albanians in ancient Azerbaijan spoke a Northeast Caucasian tongue; their remnants are the Udi people. No connection. Albanians have fair-to-olive European skin tones, not dark.
