Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA) today announced its Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the Quarter and Half-Year ended 30th September 2026, showcasing significant growth across several financial metrics.
The results were approved at the Board meeting held today at IREDA’s registered office in New Delhi.

𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: ₹10,579 crore vs ₹8,062 crore (↑31%)
𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤: ₹97,411 crore vs ₹84,477 crore (↑ 15%)
𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: ₹2,345 crore vs ₹2,057 crore (↑ 14%)

Commenting on the performance, Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty, Chairman & Managing Director, IREDA, said: “Our Q2 FY27 performance reflects the continued strength of IREDA’s business fundamentals and focus on quality growth. 31% rise in loan disbursements, along with 15% growth in loan book, underscores the sustained demand for renewable energy financing across the country. Equally significant is the sharp improvement in our asset quality, with Net NPAs declining to 1.08% from 1.97%, reflecting the strength of our risk management framework and monitoring.”
Dr. Mohanty also conveyed his appreciation to Team IREDA for their dedicated efforts and expressed gratitude to the Hon’ble Union Minister for New & Renewable Energy; Hon’ble Minister of State for New & Renewable Energy; Secretary, MNRE; and the Board of Directors for their sustained guidance and support.

भारतीय अक्षय ऊर्जा विकास संस्था लिमिटेड (इरेडा) की तिमाही ई-पत्रिका ‘अक्षय क्रांति’ के जुलाई–सितंबर 2026 अंक का विमोचन आज अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक डॉ. बिजय कुमार महांती के कर-कमलों द्वारा श्री जोशीत रंजन सिकिदर, निदेशक (वित्त), भारतीय सौर ऊर्जा निगम लिमिटेड तथा इरेडा के वरिष्ठ कार्यपालकों की उपस्थिति में किया गया।

IREDA today received 2nd Runner-Up award in the Mid-Cap Companies category (Kalpavriksha Award) at the ICMAI Green Awards 2024–25, organised by the Sustainability Standards Board of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
The award was presented today by Chief Guest CMA Anand Kumar Pal, Chief Advisor (Cost), Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. It was received by Shri Bharat Singh Rajput, General Manager (Projects), and Smt. Kanchan Bhalla, Additional General Manager (Projects), along with other team members on behalf of IREDA. The President and the Vice President of ICMAI also graced the occasion with their presence.

Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty, Chairman & Managing Director, IREDA, today inaugurated Cyber Security Awareness Month at IREDA Business Centre, New Delhi. A Cyber Security Pledge was administered to all employees through a virtual platform, reaffirming IREDA's commitment to a safe and secure digital workplace.
Addressing the employees, Dr. Mohanty urged everyone to stay alert to evolving cyber threats, follow safe digital practices and actively participate in the awareness initiatives.
The inauguration was followed by an interactive awareness session by Shri Rashtra Shourya, Cyber Security Expert, who spoke about common cyber risks, phishing, password hygiene, and practical ways to protect personal and organisational data.
As part of the campaign, IREDA will organise awareness sessions, quizzes, essay-writing competition and expert talks to strengthen cyber hygiene among employees.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) today signed a performance-based Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). The MoU outlines strategic targets for the financial year 2026-27.
Shri Santosh Kumar Sarangi, Secretary, MNRE and Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty, Chairman & Managing Director, IREDA, signed the MoU at Atal Akshay Urja Bhawan, New Delhi. Shri Anupam Kumar, Joint Secretary, MNRE and other senior officials from MNRE and IREDA were present.
Dr. Mohanty said, “We are grateful to Ministry of New & Renewable Energy for their continued guidance and support. With clear goals set for the year, our team will work hard like earlier years and contribute their best to achieve the ultimate goal of Viksit Bharat.”

IREDA employees participated enthusiastically in a dedicated cleanliness drive and litter collection.
To honour the Safai Mitras for their significant role in keeping our surroundings clean, IREDA distributed sanitary kits to them and acknowledged their tireless efforts.
