Foreign aid from productive countries funds lower African death rates without cutting birth rates, driving the UN projection of 3.8 billion Africans against 592 million Europeans by 2100.
Those transfers will keep the gap widening until Africans outnumber Europe 6 to 1 and replace the populations that paid for it.
